There have been many scientific studies showing that dogs respond positively to classical music. It reduces their anxiety, promotes sleep and a good mood. However, what about cats?
No surprise that cats turn up their noses to classical music but what about music specifically created for them? Good thing that composer David Teie developed some music just for cats. The music contained the tempo and frequencies that cats use to communicate. The result? The cats rubbed up against the speakers and purred. The young cats and the old cats but not the middle aged cats, hmmmm.
